Our aim with this policy is to reduce the harm of generative AI, to ensure that games showcased at IGDA Melbourne respect the work of others, and encourage developers to improve their knowledge and skills.
This policy outlines the requirements that showcase submissions must meet in order to be accepted into the local and international showcase programs.
These requirements also apply to our Discord server (in particular, the #share-your-work channel).
If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, we recommend raising them in the #general channel in Discord so that we can provide answers for everyone. You can also send us an email at hello@igdamelbourne.au, however if we get a large number of inquiries we might not be able to provide a response to every email.
